The Perfect Poem

I made an abstract animation based off of Kaveh Akbar's The Perfect Poem in Cinema4D and After Effects.

A first time for everything...

I love Akbar's work, but I had never visualized part of a poem before.

There was a tough balancing act between making a stellar animation and respecting his work.

The Feel

I chose to explore beauty without color, materiality and the idea of perfection.

This is how I came up with an unknown world full of abstract objects.
